*50% NON Refundable deposit to secure reservation
*Balance, Cleaning and security deposit due 30 days prior to check in.
*Security Deposit $600 (refundable)
*Cleaning Fee $150
****Cancellations more than 30 days from check-in will have the option to select alternate dates from availability or full refund.
****Cancellations 30 days or less will also have the option to select alternate date from availability or 50% of deposit refunded.
****ALL CANCELATIONS will get be eligible for the security deposit and the cleaning fee refunded.
